what is normal time frame for offshore to get visa out put of visa 407 my current processing time is cross 7 months how long it will take more to come visa status and further assessment is second last stage of the application after this only outcome of the visa come correct me if i am wrong thanks

Dear Sir, whether the Occupation Shortage List (OSL), published on "jobsandskills.gov.au" would be considered by the states while designing their invitation strategies in this new FY (25-26), especially for the 491. If yes, how the state might implement this? Would like to have your take on this, if possible. As you know, for my case under 491, Contract Admins (offshore) are eligible only in VIC. Can I expect that in the new FY, my occupation might become eligible for other states as well ?

Namaste Kunal Sir, I’ve met you before. My AAT case is ongoing. I’ve finished my General English course, and my Cookery course starts in July. Can I apply for work rights now? I don’t have access to my ImmiAccount as it’s with my lawyer. Also, I want to bring my spouse—are there options for that? I have 9 years of firefighter experience but got a restaurant sponsor. Can I be sponsored without experience or education in hospitality ! Please answer 🙏 Thank you
