Dear Sir, whether the Occupation Shortage List (OSL), published on "jobsandskills.gov.au" would be considered by the states while designing their invitation strategies in this new FY (25-26), especially for the 491. If yes, how the state might implement this? Would like to have your take on this, if possible. As you know, for my case under 491, Contract Admins (offshore) are eligible only in VIC. Can I expect that in the new FY, my occupation might become eligible for other states as well ?

I don’t have access to my ImmiAccount as it’s with my lawyer. Also, I want to bring my spouse—are there options for that? I have 9 years of firefighter experience but got a restaurant sponsor. Can I be sponsored without experience or education in hospitality ! Please answer 🙏 Thank you
