We've been on a student visa for 16 years and are now studying for a Bachelor of Community Services. We're over 35 and never held a 485 visa, so likely not eligible now. To complete our skill assessment, we need a full-time job for 3 months. Are there any visa options that would allow full-time work after graduation to meet this requirement? I'm in my 2nd year, and we have no other qualifications for assessment. I am a qualifief support worker for more than 10 years in Australia.

Training Visa could be the option for the three months additional time you need. However, you need an employer sponsor who is ready to sponsor you for the training visa.
