Hi, seeking a trusted advise on below please- Masters (2017). PhD (thesis Aug'22, degree May'23). Both recognized in positive skill assessment. Full time work commenced Nov'22, will complete 3 years in Nov'25. Vetassess (deeming) deduction period Nov'22 - Nov'23. Current employer to nominate for 186 DE 1. Do I satisfy the 3 years work experience requirement in Nov'25? 2. If so, can we start nomination process (and visa application) NOW in Sept'25 (intention to save time on processing)? Thanks.
