Hi, I wanted to apply for 462 visa but I have done diploma in pharmacy after 10+2, am I eligible for it? What's the processing time for this?

No it requires post. Secondary study means any study after year 12 . Your diploma is after year 10, which is not eligible. I wish you the best of luck.
