Hi Sir , I am on 482 visa as a chef level 2 . My question is for 186 Direct entry visa , Chef level 2 can count work experience after certificate IV or Diploma? For 3 years full-time work experience. Because my company migration lawyer said me to Chef level 2 can not count work experience after certificate IV. Must be after Diploma. I have positive skill assessment as a chef also 6 inch in PTE , after certificate IV i have a around 170 payslips 38 hr per week including annual paid leave(6)
