Hi, I am currently in India and my partner is in Australia holding PR. We are planning to register our relationship for the De Facto purpose so that i can get visa and we can marry out there, but we are not having any other document other than Chat, photoes together, registered relationship certificate. Please suggest what to do.

My suggestion is to apply partner visa carefully when you feel you do not have enough evidence. Also get help from migration agent who is expert in managing these sorts of situation. If you can’t find anyone, let me know. Happy to help you.
