Hi Sir, My question is, Do ART applications have separate processing queues for each state in Australia based on Applicant address , or is there a centralised allocation system with a single queue for all applications of Student Visa Refusals ?

Namaskar Sir, currently working as a chef and also have a positive skill assessment, I have a 2 years 5 and half month post qualification experience, so for 186 direct entry visa do i have to wait for completion of 3 years to start my 186 direct entry process, or I can start before my 3 years completion of work experience?, Thank you for understanding.

Hi Sir, I’m waiting for my Subclass 482 visa (Core Skills), now in “Further Assessment.” Lodged Jan 17. S56 for relationship: Mar 13 S56 for medicals: Apr 15 (previous medicals expired Apr 4). Faced HAP ID issue, resolved on Apr 29. Medicals done same day, Bupa submitted Apr 30. Uploaded clarification letter on May 9. Kindly advise when I can expect a decision from DHA after all this.

Good morning Sir I'm seeking advice regarding PR pathways for our situation. My wife completed her Master's in Business Information Systems in South Australia (Jan23- Dec25) and we're currently awaiting her 485 visa grant. While she continues job searching and plans to start a PY after visa approval, the limited invitations in her field have led me to consider backup options. I'm planning to enroll in a Bachelor of Nursing (Graduate Entry) at a regional Queensland university.
