I want to apply for TR but clg is not issuing my certificate and they want me to pay for next COE but i Don't want to study more and do i have to pay for COE...any suggestion sir plz....🙏🙏

After applying for a TR (485) visa and while holding a Bridging Visa (A or B), it is usually allowed to work full-time if the previous student visa conditions no longer restrict work, regardless of whether a new course (with a new CoE) has started. if the new course has begun and the applicant holds only a student visa or is still under student visa conditions, work rights revert to student limits until the TR is granted.
