Hi i wannna know about visa 309 we submitted all the doucments at the time of lodgments after that 9 months can i add some extra evidenc like joint bank statemnts photos to fast my visa file ...nd also medical are expired after 12 months can i provide by my self or w8 for the requst of department plz rply what should we do....

Usually the 309 takes around two years to process. I know it is extremely long processing time for the partners Visa. If your medical expires in between then you might need to wait for the department request to do another medical exam. If you want to attach additional evidence to the application you can attach any time. And it is highly recommended to frequently upload the evidence of relationship. I hope it is helpful.
