Hello Sir, with all the recent news regarding the stay requirements for transitioning from the 491 visa to the 191 visa, I would like to ask: Is it possible for someone who holds a TFN (Tax File Number), is currently residing in their home country, and files taxes with the ATO from abroad for 3 years, to still be eligible to apply for the 191 visa? Could you please confirm?
