Sir🙏🙏I’m on a Subclass 500 visa (still active) but now applied 485 application with an inactive bridging visa. I meet NSW 491 Pathway 1 criteria and will apply for EOI first, then Pathway 1 when it opens. Worked as cook (Oct 2023–Apr 2024), chef from May 2024, on TSMIT pay ($37.50/hr Aug 2024 → $40/hr Jul 2025). My question: in my contract, what salary and start date should show to meet TSMIT chef requirements?
