Hello sir we have lodged 494 under labour agreement. The nomination has been approved in dec 2024 and visa application lodged on the same day in December 2024. Sir my question is what are the chances of getting my visa approved? And it has been 8 months but the application status is still received as per immigration visa processing under labour agreement 90% applications take 8 months so how long it can take more?? The wait is frustrating. Any other suggestions sir?
