Hi Krunal, I want to settle in Australia (buy a house, have kids etc), I am planning to apply under ANZSCO133111 Construction Project Manager, which state will be best for me from job perspective and settling down? [for 190] (I understand this is not a direct question and depends on various factors, but in general)

in general Australia is trying to build more houses everywhere. From the migration prospective Western Australia NSW and Queensland are strong choices these days. Wish you the best of luck.

Dear Sir, whether the Occupation Shortage List (OSL), published on "jobsandskills.gov.au" would be considered by the states while designing their invitation strategies in this new FY (25-26), especially for the 491. If yes, how the state might implement this? Would like to have your take on this, if possible. As you know, for my case under 491, Contract Admins (offshore) are eligible only in VIC. Can I expect that in the new FY, my occupation might become eligible for other states as well ?

Namaste Kunal Sir, I’ve met you before. My AAT case is ongoing. I’ve finished my General English course, and my Cookery course starts in July. Can I apply for work rights now? I don’t have access to my ImmiAccount as it’s with my lawyer. Also, I want to bring my spouse—are there options for that? I have 9 years of firefighter experience but got a restaurant sponsor. Can I be sponsored without experience or education in hospitality ! Please answer 🙏 Thank you
