Hi sir, i am working on 482 as a occupation cafe and restaurant manager in the DAMA Area north Queensland, my company is helping me with the 494 visa, earlier you said that it’s required 5 band each or overall depend on the visa, so now its confirmed that they are helping with 494 SESR. If you can update please how this confession system will work in Townsville DAMA. do i need to inform about this the employer or company lawyer or they are already Aware.

Thanks for your question. If your employer is already using the Townsville DAMA and it has been approved, the concessions (like English or salary) should be listed in the Labour Agreement itself. If no concessions are included, and you now need one (like lower English score for 494 SESR), your employer or their lawyer must request an updated agreement or amendment through the Designated Area Representative (DAR).
