Training visa (subclass 407)

My 407 visa was applied for in November last year, but I am not sure whether I have received nomination approval yet. How do we know if it got approved? Or, since it has been 11 months, should I assume it has been approved and just waiting for a visa grant? just want this doubt cleared. Thanks

Hello sir i applied 407 visa on chef but my employer closed the restaurant permanently so i think employer nomination will be refused, so should i withdraw my 407 file and put new lodgement with new occupation where i am working at the moment or still needs be wait for the result is good option ?

Hi Sir, I have one year of experience as an ECT and suddenly my employer ended the employment today who sponsored 407 visa and I am currently on 407 bridging visaA but I am clueless whether I have 180days to find new employer or 35days to leave the country. The company lawyer not responding to my email and should I withdraw 407visa or do I have review rights. Please Sir only your my saviour as I moved with my little daughter to regional area. Can I apply 482 sponsorship during this period.

Hi Sir, my current student visa is expired in 27 June 2025. So I would like to apply 407 visa as my employer is ready to sponsor me for 407, but my employer didn't take approve from government to sponsor 407 visa so if he will apply for sponsor approval so in how many days the approval will come ? Is it possible to finish all process before my visa expired? And do you provide 407 visa services? Thanks in advance.
