Training visa (subclass 407)

Hi Sir, I have one year of experience as an ECT and suddenly my employer ended the employment today who sponsored 407 visa and I am currently on 407 bridging visaA but I am clueless whether I have 180days to find new employer or 35days to leave the country. The company lawyer not responding to my email and should I withdraw 407visa or do I have review rights. Please Sir only your my saviour as I moved with my little daughter to regional area. Can I apply 482 sponsorship during this period.

Hi sir am Arjun Age 35 I completed Certificate 3 painting and deaerating and also have positive skill assessment with one year experience working as a painter last 18months, and also I have PTE 7 each and my wife have PTE 6each but my visa expiring September this year. what is the best if i applied 407 visa if it rejects can I get review rights what is the best thing in this situation. thank you so much for your time I am really appreciate it.

Hi Sir, my current student visa is expired in 27 June 2025. So I would like to apply 407 visa as my employer is ready to sponsor me for 407, but my employer didn't take approve from government to sponsor 407 visa so if he will apply for sponsor approval so in how many days the approval will come ? Is it possible to finish all process before my visa expired? And do you provide 407 visa services? Thanks in advance.

Sir I have applied my visa 407 with sponsor help with his known agent they charged me 3 lakh rupees for application. Applied on 31/8/2024 till now didn't get visa .and also they submitted documents on different dates 5/2/2024 .I have given cash slip instead of bank account salary sleep how much chance I have for grant. Applied for cook and also got 6.5 band in GT ielts

Looks like current situation isn’t good with 407visa . I recently lodged this visa around April and i’ve been in Australia already for 6yrs now. I’ve heard refusals are seen regarding longer stay and people trying to extend their stay using this visa. How true is this? Are there alot if refusals lately?
