Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186)

Hi sir, i lodged 186de for computer network and systems engineer on 4th dec 2024 in Melbourne but still waiting for nomination to be approved. Should i apply for visa now or wait for nomination decision as its almost a year now. Expected decision time period for me if possible, thank you

My skill assessment expires in the first week of Dec 2025. Should I wait for the nomination approval or lodge the visa now before it expires? Also, what’s the current processing time for 186 DE offshore nomination and visa?

Hello Sir, I am on a 482 visa and will complete two years with my employer in April next year. My occupation is Production Manager. Am I eligible to apply for the 186 TRT visa after April? My visa expires in March, but my employer plans to apply for a one-year extension in December and then sponsor me for the 186 TRT once the two-year period is completed. I am currently working in Forrestfield, WA.

Hello Sir.. I have applied 186DE on 18th December 2024 from WA. I received S56 on 5th Sep for relationship evidence submitted on 3rd Oct. What do u think whn can i get the response from Case officer?
